Kindergartens, schools, office buildings and hotels in particular love this variant, as they are also able to offer sliding as an attractive activity component under regular circumstances. Despite this, the slide is a fast, simple route to safety in hazardous situations.

Swift rescue in emergencies
Our emergency slides are planned and manufactured to customer specifications and bring people out of the danger zone swiftly and safely. This type of escape option represents a genuine alternative to stairways, and not only for areas where children are present.
The fact that the escape slides are designed as tunnel slides, i.e. enclosed pipes, means that there is no requirement to clear snow in winter to secure the escape route, as is the case with stairways.

Wiegand Escape Slides – stable, durable and sustainable
In the production of our escape slides we use the indestructible material stainless steel with a material thickness of 2.5 mm.
Standard slides are TÜV Mark-certified in accordance with DIN 1176, but special designs based on your wishes are also possible, provided they are technically feasible and approved.
