Finland’s first Alpine coaster opened its doors in July:
a run of 750 metres with lots of turns, a loop and two bridges on the way down the hillside offers riders breathtaking moments at speeds of up to 40km/h.
In a way that was consciously environmentally friendly with minimal encroachment into the natural surroundings, the Alpine coaster has been embedded into the landscape and is being operated using 100% renewable energy.
