On August 1st, seven young people started their training with us.
Four construction mechanics, an electronics technician for industrial engineering, an industrial clerk and a technical system planner will acquire extensive knowledge and practical skills in the coming years that will allow them to fully meet those increasing demands in their later professional life as specialist experts.
In addition, a technical college student has started a one-year placement in our company and another student has started a dual course of study in our company.
All our trainees have the chance to be taken on as permanent employees, provided they master their training well and complete it successfully. For example, three construction mechanics and one electronics technician for industrial engineering, who completed their training in the previous year, have been hired.
With the seven new apprentices, the number of our trainees has now increased to 32.
