In their Wie-Flyer self-drive gondola the passengers experience exhilarating flying sensations as their vehicle reacts to the centrifugal forces, swinging out in the curves depending on the velocity.
The gondolas hang on a closed circuit rail system suspended from a steelwork substructure. Each vehicle is equipped with an infinitely variable electric motor controlled by the passengers. The maximum velocity is ca. 30 km/h.
The rail system can be designed with straights, curves, rises and falls, and can incorporate one or more loading stations.
A continuous energy supply and controlling system is incorporated to provide power and safety to the vehicles along the entire track. Collisions are prevented by an automatic distance control system.
